Why we're hiring
Series A is funded, the chip is real, the customer pipeline is moving. We're building the team that ships first systems in 2028 and ramps production through the rest of the decade. The constraint right now is talent density — not capital.
What we look for
- Senior practitioners who've shipped silicon, photonic devices, or production software at scale.
- Comfort working at the intersection of analog, digital, photonic, and software — or unusually deep in one.
- Bias for first-principles thinking. Allergy to copy-paste solutions.
- Willingness to work on hard problems in a small team where the answer matters more than the title.
