Privacy policy.
Short version: this website sets no cookies, builds no profile of you, and sells nothing to anyone.
Last updated: August 2026
The whole policy in four lines.
This website sets no cookies. We measure page views with cookieless analytics that you can switch off, and that we never turn on without your say-so. We do not sell or share personal information, and we never have. If you apply for a job or email us, we obviously receive what you send us.
Who this covers
This policy describes how Neurophos, Inc. handles personal information collected through www.neurophos.com. It does not cover our internal business systems, our customer or investor relationships, or any third-party website we link to.
What we collect from visitors
Browsing this site does not require you to give us anything, and we do not ask. Specifically:
- No cookies. This site does not set cookies of its own, for any purpose, including advertising.
- No account, no forms. There is nothing to sign up for. Our contact links open your own email client rather than submitting anything to us.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking. We run no ad pixels, no retargeting tags, and no social tracking scripts.
Analytics
If you allow it, we use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages people find useful. It is cookieless, it does not build a profile of you, and it does not follow you to other websites. We see aggregate numbers, not individuals.
Analytics stays off until you accept it. You can change your mind at any time through Privacy preferences. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as an opt-out automatically and do not ask again.
Server logs
Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes requests to this site and keeps standard operational logs, which include IP addresses, for security and troubleshooting. This is the ordinary technical processing that any website requires in order to be delivered to you. Vercel acts as our processor and does not use that data for its own purposes.
Third parties we load, and when
- YouTube (videos page). Videos load only after you click play. Until you do, no request is made to YouTube or Google, because we serve the preview images ourselves. Once you press play, YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply to that playback.
- Ashby (careers page). Our job board and application forms are provided by Ashby, which loads only on the careers page. If you apply, Ashby processes your application on our behalf as our recruiting system.
- Fonts and imagery are served from our own domain. We do not use Google Fonts or any third-party font, image, or CDN service that would expose your IP address on page load.
If you apply for a job
Applications are handled in Ashby. We receive what you choose to submit, typically your name, contact details, resume, links you provide, and your answers to the application questions. We use it to evaluate your application and to contact you about it. We keep applications for as long as is reasonably useful for recruiting, and you can ask us to delete yours at any time by writing to info@neurophos.com.
If you email us
Our address links, including info@, partner@, and press contacts, open your own email program. When you write to us we receive your message and your email address, and we use them to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Nothing more.
We do not sell or share personal information
Neurophos does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under California law. We have never done so. There is accordingly nothing to opt out of, but the control exists anyway: use Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information to review and set your preferences, and we honor Global Privacy Control signals automatically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to object to or restrict how we process it, to receive a copy in a portable format, and to be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights. This includes rights under the EU and UK GDPR and under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA.
To exercise any of them, write to info@neurophos.com. We will respond within the timeframe the applicable law requires. Given how little this website collects, in most cases the honest answer will be that we hold nothing about you at all.
International visitors
Neurophos is based in the United States, with offices in Austin, Texas and Sunnyvale, California. If you visit from outside the US, the limited technical processing described above takes place in the United States.
Security and retention
We keep what we receive only as long as we need it for the purpose it was given, and we protect it with the administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to a company of our size. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Children
This site is aimed at a professional and technical audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make that clear rather than quietly editing the text.
